The AgGPS RTK Base 900 and 450 base stations provide reliable +/- one inch pass-to-pass and year-to-year repeatability for agricultural vehicles that are using the AgGPS Autopilot™ automated steering system.

The Autopilot system is ready for use with the new AgGPS^® EZ-Boom™ 2010 boom switching and spray rate control system. The EZ-Boom system is designed to help growers cut input costs, ensure the accuracy of spray applications and reduce stress during peak fieldwork periods.

The Autopilot system now uses John Deere installed electro-hydraulic components on all GreenStar AutoTrac ready vehicles.

Autopilot now provides automated guidance as low as 0.2 mph (0.3 kph) enabling growers to use their Autopilot system in a wide variety of applications, including transplanting.
